Chuck Adair
CEO
Adair succeeded John Wallace in 2014 as C.E.O. He has actively engaged in all phases of construction for over 30 years. With a strong background in estimating and project procurement, Adair has a solid knowledge of building systems, building codes and Florida Agency for Health Care Administration requirements. Adair is a licensed Commercial General Contractor by the State of Florida (CGC 058394). He is a graduate of M.E. Rinker School of Building Construction at the University of Florida, with a Bachelor of Science Degree.
Norris G. “Buddy” Cole
COO
Cole began his career in the construction industry in 1987 with expertise in estimating, project procurement, building systems & codes, Agency for Health Care Administration and operating procedures. Cole’s practicable expertise, professionalism, and natural leadership advanced him to his current position as managing partner and C.O.O. of Wallace Construction Group. Buddy is LEED AP credited, and licensed as a Commercial General Contractor by the State of Florida (CGC 1519689) and by the State of Georgia (GCQA005279).
Thomas M. LoCicero
VICE PRESIDENT
LoCicero has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry including residential, industrial, and Class ‘A’ Commercial builds. LoCicero started at Wallace Construction Group as a Project Engineer and proved to be a valued team member with a demonstrated passion for the industry and leadership skills which elevated him to a managing partner. His drive and industry knowledge assure our clients and partners of quality estimating and pre-construction services, demonstrating Wallace Construction Group's value-add early on in the construction process. LoCicero holds a Bachelor of Science Building Construction Degree from the University of North Florida, and is licensed as a Commercial General Contractor by the State of Florida (CGC 1522215).
